While some innovations must be transmitted from headquarters to subsidaries, innovative global teams, project groups, and individual subsidiary employees can become more significant contributors in the process of innovation as well.

Innovation Leadership Workshop & Coaching: Company leaders in different locations around the world may be accustomed to running a tight ship, meeting short-term targets, and controlling expenses, but are not necessarily champions of innovation. As an organization shifts in the direction of more rapid change and the introduction of new products and/or business models, their established leadership styles can sometimes become an obstacle to progress. Or, young high potential leadership candidates might face unfamiliar challenges as they take control of the larger organizational units that need to accelerate the pace of change.

Aperian Global's Innovation Leadership program combines an introductory workshop, followed by up to six months of one-on-one coaching sessions to ensure that key innovation concepts are applied.

This customizable web-based assessment also becomes the foundation for our recommendations on how best to accelerate business growth.
