Our one- or two-day programs provide international assignees and their family members with the critical information to thrive, not just survive, in their new country. These programs can be delivered pre-departure or post-arrival, at a client site, at our own facilities, or at the assignee's home.
There are four main categories covered in this program:
Cultural Profiles: Compare cultural profiles of the home and target cultures, as well as each participant's personal profile in areas such as leadership, decision-making, communication and negotiation styles.
Cultural Adaptation: Discuss the stages of adjustment an international assignee may experience, while building an awareness of the challenges of living overseas/cross-border.
Lifestyle Information: Gain targeted information on lifestyle issues such as entertaining colleagues/friends, social/business acumen, and how to maximize the experience of living and working in a new country.
Business Application: Develop action plans for key assignment responsibilities.
Specially qualified youth trainers provide age-appropriate cultural training for the assignee's accompany children.
